FAQ
What exactly do you do?+–
Hardware install only. We unbox, rack, power, and label your switches, then prove every port in scope after you configure. We never touch CLI or the Meraki/Cisco dashboard.
Do you sell or configure the gear?+–
No. You buy the BOM on your own account. You (or your IT) configure. We rack and prove ports. Hardware stays yours.
How does Mini / Small / Standard work?+–
Mini $999 = 1 switch, ≤8 ports. Small $1,650 = 1–2 switches, ≤24 ports. Standard $2,950 = ≤4 switches. After-hours is 1.5×. Pick a kit, send a closet photo, we confirm.
Do I need a survey?+–
If you still need a BOM, survey first (~1 month ahead): photo $195 or onsite $595, credited when you book install. If the boxes are already on site, skip survey and go straight to rack day.
What's the process order?+–
Survey → you buy BOM → we rack → you config → we prove. Port proof happens after your config, not before.
Insurance / W-9 / where you work?+–
COI and W-9 on request. Based in Edison, NJ. Price may vary by location. We don't do licensed electrical or fire/life-safety work.
